Official Provincial Emails to be used from 1st December 2016

In line with most other Provinces, the Grand Superintendent wants Provincial Officers to have official email addresses which will be passed to new Officers when there is change in personnel.

This is a good step forward as it provides proper recording and archiving of Provincial business.  In the old days of letters, copies would be kept on file and files transferred between companions when offices changed.  In the present day the only record of much of our business is hidden in private email addresses, if it exists at all.  In the event of one of the Officers being ‘run over by a bus’ all such records are probably lost and on-going business delayed.

With this in mind, as of the 1st December 2016 the following Offices will have an official Provincial email address:

The email account has been set up by the Provincial Webmaster in such a way that it can easily be transferred when personnel change.
